Experience focused on doing the job right the first time –
within budget, safely, on schedule, and while avoiding issues.
Most project owners want to know how much the contractor has been paid and what percent of the project is complete. Large projects or any multi-discipline project may be too complicated for an owner to manage in-house. Construction managers monitor the progress of the construction contractor activities for the owner to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. The goal at LAN is to assure our clients that their construction projects will be successfully completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards, while overseeing contract compliance. Our construction management staff not only has the construction knowledge to handle all types of projects with the support of design professionals, but they can also assist in dispute resolution and claims when needed. We believe in a philosophy of “removing the obstacles” to progress at the job site. This has been a very successful means for our services in saving our clients time and money.
Construction Management applications vary based on owners’ needs, from total project control start to finish including contractor bid analysis and selection, to supplying a project specialist onsite or at the owners’ office, providing inspection and testing or any application in between. LAN’s construction managers will monitor the progress of the construction contractor activities for the owner to ensure compliance with plans and specifications; track your project using monthly pay estimates and daily inspection reports; and, assist the design engineer in developing a list of submittals (construction materials and methods) that will be required by the contractor.
At LAN we realize that the key to successful project construction is close coordination with local agencies and communities. Our focus is quality work with total client and community satisfaction providing construction management solutions for a wide variety of civil engineering projects.
