With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Montalvo has worked on a variety of contract types and has managed major design modifications, both planned and unforeseen, to successfully minimize cost and schedule impacts. John has an effective and proactive approach to avoiding problems and a proven ability to coordinate and work effectively with various clients. His projects have ranged from large multi-million dollar design-build fast-track high-tech programs to small infrastructure projects.  He has worked on projects ranging from $300M design-build semiconductor facilities, to service and inspection and rail segments/stations for the DART light rail system.
