Profile
Greg Henry has 20 years of experience with water and sewer pipeline projects with a focus on condition assessment, rehabilitation, and construction management. His background includes trenchless construction methods, including tunneling, slipline, and horizontal directional drill. Greg worked with the City of Houston to develop the Transmission Line Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (TLCARP) and created the criteria, work flow diagrams, and priority risk rating. He also established a 10-year plan for asset management of the City’s aged infrastructure.
He is project manager for the City of Houston’s Wrightwood SSO Elimination project, which will divert flows and re-route existing sanitary sewer trunk lines.
