Nearly a year and a half after the passage of a $275 million bond, Tomball ISD is finally breaking ground on three major construction projects that will be built on the same site.
The district hosted a ceremony on Wednesday, May 29, at the 176-acre site located north of the Grand Parkway along Cypress Rosehill Road that will contain a future football stadium and two schools.
“Anyone who has been a part of this knows there has been some extreme challenges, but again, anything that has adversity in the end means a great deal. This will mean a lot to the students of this community for many, many years to come,” said Superintendent Martha Salazar-Zamora.
