Scott Maynor, P.E., LEED AP, Joins LAN as Engineering Manager (Source: Civil + Structural Engineer)

Scott L. Maynor, P.E., LEED AP, joins planning, engineering, and program management firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) as an engineering manager. In this role, he will be responsible for the technical design and management of municipal infrastructure projects in North Texas.

Maynor brings more than 22 years of civil and structural engineering experience spanning many specialties, including municipal water and wastewater, roadway and drainage, commercial and multifamily land development, civil structures, and telecommunications/underground conduits.

Previously, he served Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. for 12 years, where he managed a diverse spectrum of municipal engineering projects. Prior to that he served as a project engineer for various consulting engineering firms. Some of the notable projects he has managed in North Texas include the Lower White Rock Creek lift station improvements and the US 75 waterline in Plano, utility relocations on the LBJ Express project in Dallas, and the Town and Country Boulevard in Frisco.
