Profile

As Chief Engineer, Mr. Green serves as the technical liaison for all of LAN. He assists with staffing plans to assure project quality, develops and oversees technical presentations and publications, and assists with defining and implementing technical training.

Warren has more than 40 years of experience in the engineering management and supervision of complex drinking water supply, transmission and treatment projects totaling more than $1 billion. He has guided water system improvements through all necessary phases, including feasibility studies, pilot testing, design, financial evaluation, land acquisition, construction, commissioning and operation. His background also includes a previous role as Water Supply Division Manager for the City of Jackson, Mississippi Public Works Department.

Helping set the standards and define the industry, Warren is chairman of AWWA’s Stainless Pipeline Committee, co-chair of the Steel Water Pipe Manufacturers Technical Advisory Committee and an active member of its Standards Council. He was a Class A Certified Water Operator for 20 years and currently teaches basic, intermediate and advanced water system operator training classes.
