Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) announced the promotion of Justin Reeves, PE, LEED AP, vice president, to North Texas infrastructure business group director.
With an engineering background that spans more than two decades, Reeves has served in technical and management roles for water and wastewater treatment planning; pipeline modeling, planning, design, construction and management; and rehabilitation and design of roadway and drainage systems.
