Profile
Mr. Michel has more than 20 years of experience with the analysis, design, project management, and construction management of various municipal infrastructure projects throughout Central Texas. His areas of focus include water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, roadway and street reconstruction design, utility coordination and relocation, stormwater collection systems, small bridge design, traffic control planning, and ADA-compliant facilities.
Travis has designed pipelines up to 48-inch diameter in both urban and rural environments with direct bury, pipebursting, horizontal directional drill, tunneling, and jack and bore methods. Travis is familiar with key infrastructure design considerations and challenges throughout Central Texas and has permitted more than 30 projects with the City of Austin’s Development Services Department.
