Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. (LAN) announces the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Tomball Independent School District’s (TISD) new West Elementary School, formerly Juergen Road Elementary School No. 12. The event marks a significant milestone in the ongoing expansion and development of the district’s educational facilities.
West Elementary School, located at 17702 Mueschke Road, is part of the new 205-acre Juergen Road Complex, which includes West Intermediate and Tomball West High School. These new institutions will become the 24th, 25th, and 26th campuses in TISD, serving more than 22,500 students.
“It is a wonderful occasion to acknowledge the remarkable growth happening in Tomball ISD,” said TISD Superintendent of Schools Dr. Martha Salazar-Zamora. “This is a day of celebration, gratitude, and unity for our entire community.”
LAN played a key role in developing TISD’s new West Elementary School by managing the district’s bond program. As the program manager for TISD’s 2021 Bond Program, LAN oversees the creation of the new Juergen Road master-planned campus.
“We are proud to contribute to the development of the new Juergen Road Complex, ensuring it meets the highest standards for our community,” said Robert Wilbanks, program manager for LAN.
The Juergen Road Complex is a testament to TISD’s commitment to providing high-quality educational facilities to accommodate the district’s growing student population.
