As a distinguished Program Manager, Mr. Tim Strucely brings over 40 years of experience to the forefront of program and project management. This experience includes strategic planning, organizing, and implementing capital bond programs. Prior to joining LAN, he served as both an owner’s representative and consultant for three public school districts to oversee bond programs from inception to completion. His extensive experience and meticulous approach to project management make him an invaluable asset to the LAN team and its diverse portfolio of projects.
