Mr. Armstrong is a registered architect with more than 30 years of experience in design, project management, program management, and construction supervision for facility renovation projects across the world.
Ted’s experience in design, master planning, and management of multi-discipline projects covers a full spectrum of project types including chapels, visitor centers, museums, hospitality, parks and recreational facilities, commissaries, golf course clubhouses, educational facilities, medical facilities, maintenance / repair facilities, housing and dormitories, hangars, courthouses, laboratories, and warehouses.
Ted’s design and leadership experience within the engineering field also includes significant work for Federal clients such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), General Services Administration (GSA), National Guard, and the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Ted has been recognized for seven DoD awards for his leadership on domestic and international projects.
