Mr. Makino specializes in projects related to hazard mitigation and floodplain management. Tak’s experience in grant funding covers opportunities from FEMA, HUD, TWDB and TDEM. Tak has notable experience in FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and in quickly developing Mitigation Action Plans that enable client communities to pursue state and federal mitigation funding. Tak’s technical expertise in ArcGIS and FEMA BCA software allows him to quickly and accurately develop program-compatible Benefit Cost Analyses in support of mitigation grant efforts.
