As chief information officer for LAN, Mr. Held directs a talented team of IT professionals in the maintenance, adoption and development of technology across the firm. Leveraging 30 years of AEC industry experience, he leads information and design technology strategy, operations, and integration efforts for our global network of studios. Stephen’s work includes continuous monitoring and exploration of Artificial Intelligence and cloud-based applications for leading-edge communications, file sharing, data analysis and design. An Executive Committee Member of the Innovation Design Consortium (IDC), Stephen also drives the collective development of key initiatives, tools, and products to help advance technology across the industry.
