Splendora ISD Selects LAN as Program Manager for Bond Program (Source: Spaces 4 Learning)

The Splendora Independent School District (SISD) has selected Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) to be the Program Manager for the completion of the voter-approved 2022 $201 million bond. LAN will provide program management services, overseeing $86 million for the construction of two new replacement elementary schools on greenfield sites.
The replacement of Peach Creek Elementary School and Greenleaf Elementary School will each encompass approximately 130,000 square feet, providing ample space for classrooms, administrative offices, specialized facilities, and recreational areas. Each school will serve grades PK-5 and have a capacity for 1,000 students to support the growing school district.
