Ms. Solorio is a seasoned project manager with over eight years of experience, holding a certification as a Project Management Professional. She has played a pivotal role in managing projects across various sectors, including higher education, healthcare, retail, residential, and mixed-use developments. • Program Manager: Samantha has served as a Program Manager for the Alamo Colleges District’s $270 million Maintenance Tax Note (MTN) Program. This program focuses on reducing deferred maintenance backlogs and improving the functionality and lifespan of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, while also decreasing energy consumption. It includes renovations to 65 facilities across the district.
