Profile
Ms. Li is a project manager for LAN’s Transportation Group, focusing on transportation projects including feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, and PS&E design for clients such as Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Toll Road Authority, and municipalities. She designed and managed projects ranging from interstate highways, freeways, farm-to-market roads, urban arterials, interchanges, to railroad underpass. Robin’s background also includes structural engineering and ports and harbor engineering.
With notable contributions to the engineering community, she published the ASCE Bridge Journal paper “Fatigue Crack Formation and Repair Strategies for Steel Cantilever Bracket Tie Plates” in 2012 and presented at the Transportation Research Board 90th Annual Meeting in 2011 on bridge retrofitting. Her dedication and innovation continue to make a significant impact in the industry. She was recognized as a 2021 Rising Star in full-service engineering by Civil + Structural Engineer for her contributions to the Houston transportation team.
