Ms. Li is a Senior Project Manager for LAN’s Transportation Group, focusing on transportation projects including feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, and PS&E design for clients such as Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Toll Road Authority, and municipalities. She designed and managed projects ranging from interstate highways, freeways, farm-to-market roads, urban arterials, interchanges, to railroad underpass. She serves as Prime Consultant and partners with TxDOT and HCTRA to coordinate on utility relocation, including relocating overhead powerline within railroad right-of-way and resolving vertical clearance with high voltage transition line. Robin’s background also includes structural engineering and ports and harbor engineering.

Her dedication and innovation continue to make a significant impact in the industry. She was recognized as a 2021 Rising Star in full-service engineering by Civil + Structural Engineer for her contributions to the Houston transportation team.
