Stafford MSD – Bond Program Management

Stafford Municipal School District selected LAN as program manager for its $62 million bond program. The District’s “Bond 2017” projects will address growth at Stafford MSD, which currently holds more than 3,600 students.

As program manager, LAN is managing all eight of the Bond Program’s major projects, including new construction of two buildings and renovations to five buildings. LAN’s services will include scope development, design review, construction procurement and administration, scheduling and estimating, bidding and negotiations, budgeting, and quality assurance.

The $62 million bond program will include the following major projects:

  • New Middle School for 850 students
  • New Administration Building
  • New Magnet School for STEM
  • Administration Building repurposed into a Community Center
  • New Educational Plaza
  • Early Childhood Center
  • Elementary school renovation
  • High School renovation and classroom re-alignment
