Splendora ISD – Bond Program Management – Splendora Independent School District
Splendora Texas
LAN is providing program management services for Splendora ISD’s 2022 $201 million Bond Program. LAN is overseeing the construction of two new replacement elementary schools on greenfield sites.
The replacement of Peach Creek Elementary School and Green Leaf Elementary School will each encompass approximately 130,000 square feet, providing ample space for classrooms, administrative offices, specialized facilities, and recreational areas. Each school will serve grades PK-5 and have a capacity for 1,000 students to support the growing school district. Both schools are currently expected to be complete in August 2025.
LAN used early procurement packages to compress the project schedule. Major systems such as air handlers, chillers, generators, and switchgear were procured by an early purchase package directly to the manufacturers and subcontractors. By avoiding general contractor participation in the project procurement, the district was able to avoid markups.
LAN will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our experienced team will handle project planning, scheduling, budget management, procurement, and stakeholder coordination.
