LAN provided programming, architecture, and civil engineering services on this 65,000 SF warehouse distribution facility for the fifth largest Anheuser Busch distributor in the country. The facility consists of controlled environmental warehouse space capable of handling three million cases of beverages per year, cold storage, offices, and hospitality suite.  Services were provided via a design-build delivery approach. Sitework improvements include parking lots for employees and delivery trucks, site utilities and site grading.
