As Program Manager for the Memorial City Redevelopment Authority, LAN oversaw a five-year, $150 million Capital Improvements Plan for the design and construction of several mobility and drainage-related projects in an urban area. LAN represented the Authority during design and construction, managed the design engineer, engaged stakeholders, oversaw construction, and provided general civil engineering consulting services for projects. LAN conducted numerous public meetings to solicit input and communicate recommendations for the Capital Improvement Plan. Projects required coordination with property owners, HCFCD, City of Houston, TxDOT, METRO, and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
