LAN provided full A/E design, equipment planning, and construction administration services for the renovation of a 4,000 SF pharmacology lab at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center’s Pickens Biomedical Building (the ND building).

The project involved the renovation of eight spaces into a new office suite, featuring updated offices, labs, and new large gathering spaces. LAN was contracted for phase 1 of the project, which included a 2,100 SF renovation, converting six spaces into five.
