Phase 1B Pipeline – Alliance Regional Water Authority

Caldwell County, Texas

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. (LAN) was selected by the Alliance Regional Water Authority (Alliance Water), as a pipeline engineering consultant for a major water project serving several Texas communities in the I-35 corridor.

Since 2007, Alliance Water, formerly the Hays Caldwell Public Utility Agency, has worked in partnership with several cities (Buda, Kyle and San Marcos) and the Canyon Regional Water Authority, which supplies water to portions of Central and South Texas, on a long-term water project to meet future growth in the areas.
