Manor ISD – Bond Program Management

Manor Texas

LAN provided program management services for two phases of Manor ISD’s Master Plan. The expansion programs were designed to accommodate expanding enrollments for the fast-growth District, which expects to double its student population in the next five years.

LAN provided quality control services for three new schools as part of the 2014 $124.9 million bond program, and oversaw construction projects as program manager for the 2016 $86 million bond program. As program manager, LAN’s responsibilities range from shepherding construction programs to incorporating technology into the classrooms and selecting modern student furniture.

As part of the 2016 Bond Program, LAN was program manager for multiple expansion projects including:

• Manor New Tech High School Additions & Renovations
• Manor High School Agricultural Show Barn
• Manor High School CTE Addition & Renovation
