Manor ISD – Bond Program Management

Lockwood, Andrews and Newnam, Inc. (LAN) has provided Program Management services for two phases of Manor ISD’s Master Plan. The expansion programs are designed to accommodate expanding enrollments for the fast-growth District, which expects to double its student population in the next five years.

LAN provided quality control services for three new schools as part of the 2014 $124.9 million Bond Program, and currently oversees construction projects for the 2016 $86 million Bond Program. As Program Manager, LAN’s responsibilities range from shepherding construction programs to incorporating technology into the classrooms and selecting modern student furniture.

As part of the 2016 Bond Program, LAN is overseeing multiple expansion projects:

• Manor High School CTE Addition & Renovation
