LAN is the program manager overseeing part of Irving ISD’s 2023 Bond. LAN will manage comprehensive renovations across 32 school facilities within Irving ISD. The scope of work encompasses extensive architectural upgrades (both interior and exterior), along with civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing enhancements.

The projects will address high priority, needs such as heating, ventilating and air-conditioning equipment; and roofing and plumbing updates at many campuses.

The renovations of 32 schools include:

• HVAC replacements and upgrades
• Roofing replacements
• Safety and security enhancements
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing enhancements
• Infrastructure upgrades
• ADA compliance projects
• Fire alarm upgrades to various campuses
