The Huntsville Independent School District hired LAN to complete a facility condition assessment of educational and support facilities. In total, about 1.2 million SF of facilities were included in the assessment. The work included visual assessment and documentation of educational and support facilities through the focus of the following architectural and engineering disciplines:

• Structure and Envelope
• Interior
• Mechanical and Plumbing
• Electrical

This work included the development of facility replacement values through system inventory and assessment of systems’ conditions and evaluation of remaining life. LAN also provided a listing of observed deficiencies and associated cost estimates for consideration by the District.
