LAN provided full A/E services for this renovation project which consists of architectural, infrastructure, and equipment demolition and upgrades to 22 suites on floors six, seven, and nine of the UTSW Green Research Building (the Y building). The renovations include conference rooms, laboratory space, office space, break areas, freezer gallery, and ADA compliance.

Services included planning, design, and construction administration. Our architects and engineers were actively engaged throughout design and construction to ensure UTSW and the end users were provided the best solutions to their unique needs and satisfied with the end result.
