LAN has been selected by Fredericksburg ISD to manage the 2022 $82 million bond program. The management team will oversee all projects within the bond from planning to completion.

Projects included in the program consist of:
– A new Middle School for 750 students
– CTE renovations and additions at Fredericksburg High School
– Inclusive playgrounds at the primary and elementary schools
– Gym renovations at Stonewall Elementary
– Safety and security
– Technology infrastructure improvements
– Transportation upgrades and additions
– Outdoor playground restrooms at the primary school
– Dressing rooms at the high school softball field

Construction is scheduled to start in May 2023.
