Cleveland ISD – Bond Program Management

Cleveland Texas

LAN is the program manager for Cleveland ISD’s $198 million bond program. The bond package includes a new middle school, three new elementary schools, staff development and administrative offices, and new softball and baseball fields.

The first project completed was the new $24.4 million Pine Burr Elementary School. The two-story facility accommodates 1,050 Pre-K to fifth-grade students and is based on the adaptation of an existing Cleveland ISD campus.

The new Santa Fe Middle School is located on a master-planned campus along with the new Santa Fe Elementary School.

With significant savings realized on Pine Burr Elementary School, Santa Fe Elementary School, and Santa Fe Middle School, the District was able to build a brand new Northside Elementary School rather than renovating the old Northside campus as originally planned. The re-purposed savings were also used to provide new Baseball and Softball fields closer to the high school in lieu of renovated fields.

The Staff Development and Administration Building is currently under construction and estimated to be complete early 2024.

LAN also performed bond planning services for the November 2022 bond election.
