Brazosport ISD – School Bond Project Scheduling

Clute Texas

The Brazosport Independent School District passed a school bond for $175 million for numerous new facilities and renovations and repairs to existing facilities.  The first major project in the program was a new prototype elementary school.

Hired after the Bond passage and commencement of design work, LAN assisted the district with the review of the schedule established by the architect and provided a complete assessment of the project status and recommended a target opening date.

LAN reviewed the status of the design drawings, investigated status of coordination with authorities having jurisdictions, approval milestone requirements, district self-performed work and numerous other factors that determine the schedule.  Ultimately, LAN prepared a summary report and master schedule for the project.
