LAN has been selected as part of Turner and Townsend’s Team on a Project Management Oversight contract to provide project management, cost estimating, scheduling, and document control services. As the major subconsultant to Turner and Townsend, LAN will support the team as it provides services for project budget evaluation, estimate development, schedule review, project administration and third-party reviews. Our team will provide progress reports for engineering projects and programs, develop project and program procedures, provide project management training, and implement controls services on engineering projects.

Through this opportunity, LAN will serve the nation’s largest passenger rail system by managing capital improvements throughout its 21,300-mile system that services 500 destinations in 46 states.
