LAN performed a facility condition assessment for the Abilene ISD for the majority of district-owned/operated buildings, totaling to approximately 2.5 million SF. In total, the work included the assessment of more than 145 facilities, including instructional, administrative, and support space spread across the city.

The end result was an objective report with comparable facility condition data and cost estimations for backlog and future needs. This information was provided for the district’s consideration in the format of a comprehensive report for use in moving forward with facility planning efforts.
