Profile

Mr. Wheat is experienced with pipeline design, water and wastewater master planning, hydraulic modeling, lift station design, and meter station design for municipalities throughout North Texas. He has an extensive background with large diameter pipeline projects in urban environments and is familiar with required design considerations and stakeholder coordination.

Philip specializes in new pipeline design, pipeline rehabilitation, and alignment analyses for up to 120-inch pipe diameter, and has performed bypass design for systems up to 30-MGD. He has unique knowledge and skillset of all pipeline rehabilitation components including inversion heads, public coordination, access needs, and vehicular transportation of materials.

Philip currently serves on the board of directors for Underground Construction Technologies of America (UCTA) North Texas Chapter.
