Mr. Busby has more than a decade of experience developing engineering solutions for municipalities. His background includes roadway, drainage, water and wastewater projects. Mathew’s broad range of design and construction experience is invaluable for effectively and efficiently delivering complex projects. Mathew recently completed a neighborhood street replacement project ahead of schedule, receiving 18 bids – with the lowest being twenty percent under the City’s budget.

Mathew was recognized as a 2020 Rising Star in Full-Service Engineering by Civil + Structural Engineer —a testament to his professional reputation and industry leadership. He was also recognized as 2019’s Young Engineer of the Year by the Dallas Chapter of TSPE.
