Ms. Ramos is a Vice President and Business Group Director of LAN’s Water Conveyance team. As business group director, Ramos utilizes her experience in large-diameter pipeline engineering, project and program management, and vision to oversee LAN’s expansion initiatives. With over 25 years of engineering experience, Ramos has proven herself a leader, primarily through her extensive experience in large-diameter water main design and leadership in managing the City of Houston Surface Water Transmission Program.

Mackrena’s participation in industry organizations includes the American Water Works Association, Audubon Montgomery County WCID #4, Texas Water Conservation Association, Water Environment Association of Texas, and the Texas Society of Professional Engineering. Her leadership extends into her volunteer work, where she influences key decisions that shape the future of water conservation and urban development in Houston. Appointed by the Houston Mayor and City Council to the City Park Redevelopment Authority and Tax Reinvestment Zone #12 Board of Directors, Mackrena continues to make significant contributions to her community. Mackrena is also a past President of the Houston Hispanic Architects & Engineers.
