Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam (LAN) hires Karter Ford, engineer in training (EIT), as part of the company’s “Hiring Our Heroes” fellowship program. Ford, a distinguished U.S. Army veteran, joined LAN in May 2024 as a mechanical EIT (E1).
“Ford spent three months training with the mechanical team before military discharge and has already made a significant impact within the mechanical team,” said Kristie Tiller, LAN’s senior associate and director of mechanical engineering. “At LAN, we believe in the importance of providing opportunities to our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country. His quick learning and hard work have already proven him to be a valuable asset.”
