Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) Announces New Director of Talent Development

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) is pleased to announce that Paula Garcia, SPHR, has joined the firm as Director of Talent Development. In this role, Paula will lead initiatives that enhance employee learning and development, foster engagement, and strengthen culture across LAN and its affiliate, Leo A Daly.
Paula Garcia brings over 18 years of HR experience across multiple industries, with a strong track record in designing and executing integrated learning initiatives that drive performance and enhance culture.

As the Director of Talent Development, Paula will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will lead talent development programs, oversee organizational development strategy, and champion change-management efforts that support career pathing and skill development. Her leadership will play a key role in advancing retention, growth, and a culture of continuous learning.
Paula’s role will also involve employee engagement with directing event planning and leading diversity and inclusion strategies. Her financial acumen will ensure the effective management of the talent development and engagement budget, optimizing return on investment.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has a proven track record of driving change-management strategies and championing initiatives that support employee career pathing and skill development.
