This year, Pride Month takes on additional meaning as it coincides with the nationwide fight for racial equality. As designers, we are honored with the responsibility to design for the communities in which we live. Our roles grant us an incredible opportunity to shape the world, to improve lives and to enrich our communities. At LEO A DALY and Lockwood Andrews and Newnam, Inc., we realize that we cannot design for diverse communities if we are not ourselves diverse.

Pride Month means standing up against discrimination and violence, respecting sexual orientation and gender identity and honoring all our colleagues who bring talent and diversity to our firm. Inclusion makes us all stronger.
