Ms. Casset has 20 years of experience providing solutions in civil engineering design flood mitigation and drainage projects for public clients throughout Texas. Laura has worked for multiple TxDOT Districts providing drainage analysis and design utilizing TxDOT’s Hydraulic Design Manual and for different highway classifications in metro, urban, and rural areas. Her experience includes surface water hydrology/hydraulics, FEMA map revisions and studies, as well as site development, utility relocation, and transportation drainage projects throughout Texas. Laura has worked on the drainage components for more than 15 roadway reconstruction/ rehabilitation projects, totaling $282 million in construction cost and $12M million in design fee.
