Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) was named among the winners of Engineering News-Record (ENR) Texas & Louisiana’s 2024 regional Best Project awards. Of 115 entries, 39 projects were recognized for outstanding design and construction achievements.

The Clear Lake City Water Authority’s (CLCWA) Exploration Green Detention Facility was named the Best Project in the Landscape/Urban Development category.
