He specializes in facility condition assessment database development processes and procedures and is experienced in report writing, data processing, and presentations of findings to clients for facility master planning. His approach to facility condition assessments and project management is defined by his inherent value of detail, a well-defined understanding of the assessment process, and a clear picture of the end-goal. His facility condition assessment leadership has encompassed more than 25 million SF of facilities for a wide variety of institutional clients, from governmental to educational which also encompassed a wide variety of facility-types.
