Profile

Mrs. Shipley is a project manager for LAN’s Infrastructure Land Development Group, focusing on diverse design, construction management, and inspection experience as it relates to land and site development. As a civil engineer, Kelly’s experience also includes sanitary sewer and lift station evaluations and rehabilitation, program management, force main design, civil site design, preparation of plans and specifications, bid package preparation, and construction administration. She is Program Manager for Clear Lake City Water Authority’s Sanitary Sewer Evaluation & Rehabilitation Program overseeing the rehabilitation of the existing wastewater collection system comprised of 28 lift stations, 6,000 manholes, and 1.1 million linear feet of sanitary sewer. She is certified through the National Association of Sewer Service Companies’ (NASSCO) Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP).
