Mr. Wright has over 17 years of experience in managing construction projects for K-12 school districts in Texas. He brings an owner’s perspective to the program management team, having worked for two Texas school districts before joining the LAN team. His expertise includes managing long and short-range facilities plans, developing scopes and budgets for future bond referendums, and directing construction teams’ operations.
Kedrick has extensive experience in managing construction projects for K-12 school districts in Texas. His responsibilities include overseeing large-scale bond programs, directing master schedules, procuring consultants, implementing project management software, and managing budgets.
Kedrick has managed numerous significant projects, including bond programs for various ISDs. His role often involves developing district-wide project requirements, design standards, and procedures for contract document review. He also serves as the primary liaison with state and local governmental agencies, user groups, and maintenance and operations.
He coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure project success, maintaining cash flow projections, and developing design standards and procuring professional services.

- Role: Deputy Chief Operations Officer and Program Manager for the 2020 Bond Program, focusing on renovations across 36 campuses.
