Mr. Grom is an experienced architect, project manager, and program manager with a long history of delivering quality program solutions to clients in the education market. As the leader of LAN’s Program Management Business Group, he oversees the delivery of all Program Management services for multi-year, complex bond programs for K-12 school districts throughout Texas. His background includes master planning, facility assessments, design, construction administration, and warranty periods. JP provides a balance of technical competency and project management skills, a unique combination that allows him to deliver quality products with long-term value.
