Mr. Grom is responsible for the performance and management of LAN’s Facilities Program Management Group, which specializes in program management services for Texas K-12 school district bond programs. The group’s portfolio includes managing bond programs, ranging in value from $30 million to over $300 million for 40+ school district clients. Services include developing master plans, leading building programming exercises, establishing bond program budgets and schedules, establishing design criteria, assisting with contract procurement, performing quality assurance/quality control audits, performing budget monitoring and cost management, and providing construction and post-occupancy services.
