Profile

Colonel John Baker has 26 years of progressive engineering experience through his roles with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as District Commander, Executive Director-Civil Works, and Chief Engineer. He currently serves as Senior Program Manager and Vice President of Infrastructure. He will specifically oversee public sector infrastructure projects.

As a leader in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, he successfully managed multiple billion-dollar construction budgets including LEED certified and sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIF). He led multi-disciplinary teams with over 500 employees, delivering public-sector infrastructure programs, and enhancing productivity and profitability while improving work climate, team cohesion, and brand recognition. Baker has been consistently recognized for building highly cohesive teams and excelling in critical situations. He managed services and infrastructure for 75 Army bases around the world providing emergency management, strategic planning, and training support.
