Ms. Johnson is a licensed architect with nearly 20 years of experience in architectural design, estimating, and construction project management. Jennifer specializes in delivering complex capital projects, ensuring quality control, and enhancing facility operations through strategic planning and execution. Her expertise extends across project procurement, contracting, and the development of design guidelines and educational specifications.

Before joining LAN, Jennifer managed healthcare capital projects totaling more than $86 million for the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing clinical renovations, ensuring seamless coordination between leadership, maintenance teams, and building occupants. Her work focused on improving infrastructure while maintaining operational efficiency.

Jennifer’s project portfolio includes the $270 million Alamo Colleges District MTN Program, aimed at reducing deferred maintenance and enhancing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across 65 facilities. She also led critical renovations at the University of Texas Health Mays Cancer Center and the Medical Arts and Research Center, managing expansions and infrastructure improvements to support advanced healthcare delivery.

As a Texas and Wisconsin Registered Architect, Project Management Professional (PMP), and NCARB-certified professional, Jennifer combines technical proficiency with a commitment to quality and sustainability. Her leadership ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with lasting value for clients and communities.
