Profile

As an experienced electrical engineer and project manager, Mr. Thomas manages the design of facility upgrades and new facilities projects for a variety of public and private market sectors, including healthcare, institutional, municipal, and food distribution. Jeff is responsible for the delivery of MEP design and engineering services including electrical modeling, field investigation, power generation design, power supply system design, system commissioning, energy management, utility design, and condition assessments.

As a chief energy analyst, he specializes in energy analysis and auditing with a focus on resource conservation and renewable energy to ultimately minimize operational energy costs for our clients. He has provided energy services for hundreds of facilities throughout the country for clients including the Defense Commissary Agency and General Services Administration.
