Mr. Boyd joined LAN in 1977 is Senior Vice President and Director of Infrastructure. Under his direction, the Water Resources and Water Conveyance groups provide a wide array of civil engineering services such as municipal water and wastewater utilities and treatment, stormwater management, coastal, port, and marine engineering, water resources planning, surface water hydrology/hydraulics, water distribution system analysis, construction management, and program management.
Tony is a leading authority in the field of Program Management and serves as the program manager for the City of Houston’s highly successful Surface Water Transmission Program (SWTP). The SWTP encompasses the design and construction of a system of large diameter water transmission facilities that comprise $660 million in construction and the management/coordination of more than 100 design consultants. His notable experience also includes Houston METRO’s 7.5-mile Light Rail Transit System, the Port of Houston Authority’s $400 million Bayport Terminal Phase I Program Management, and 15 miles of 108-inch raw water pipeline for the Tarrant Regional Water District.
