Profile
Dr. Roshani has more than 11 years of experience in roadway geometric design, sidewalks and pedestrian facilities, pavement design and management, and construction materials. He has worked on 46 street reconstruction/pavement rehabilitation projects throughout his career, totaling $19 million. He was recognized as a 2020 Rising Star in full-service engineering by Civil + Structural Engineer for his contributions to local communities and academic research. For the year of 2022, he was recognized as a Top Young Professional by Engineering News-Record Texas and Louisiana.
Dr. Roshani is a lecturer at the University of Texas at San Antonio Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has published more than 25 articles and reports on pavement-related topics in peer-reviewed journals, ASCE Journal of Transportation, Journal of Road Materials and Pavement Design, and the Journal of Construction and Building Materials.
