Erwin has extensive experience in multi-discipline project management, facilities design/construction, and project quality assurance. He manages projects for higher education institutions and K-12 schools in Texas, including school construction, additions, renovations, and athletic stadiums.
Erwin has managed numerous projects on both the Owner’s side and project side. His responsibilities include delivering construction projects on time and under budget, acting as a liaison between the A/E team, contractors, and the district to effectively resolve conflicts/issues.
He coordinates with various stakeholders, including state and local officials, consultants, and department staff, to ensure project success and compliance with safety and building standards.

- 2013 $267 million Bond Program
- 2019 $335 million Bond Program
- Responsibilities included delivering construction projects on time and under budget, and acting as a liaison between the A/E team, contractors, and the district.
- Aldine Independent School District – Aldine, Texas:
- Director in the Facilities Planning and Construction Department responsible for more than 20 school bond projects.
- Responsibilities included preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and managing financial and contractual aspects.
